YOUR profile:

Market and Campaign Performance Management

  • Oversee sales numbers and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned markets, including metrics such as CPA, eCPA, ARPU, conversion rate, and traffic quality.
  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies to drive user acquisition and sales growth.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation to align with sales targets and eCPA goals, while optimizing for healthy ARPU.
  • Analyze performance reports and data to assess campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement (e.g., traffic sources, landing page performance, conversion rates, user funnel).
  • Proactively identify performance gaps and growth opportunities, and implement optimization actions to improve cost efficiency, conversion rates, and traffic quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Creative, and Data teams, to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and alignment across departments.

Partnership & Media Buyer Management

  • Act as the primary contact for key media buying partners, building strong relationships to scale traffic and sales across multiple digital channels.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential traffic partners — including those running on Google, DSPs, native, ad networks, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to optimize campaigns, align on KPIs, share performance feedback, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed on media buying trends, competitor strategies, and mobile content best practices to drive strategic decisions.
  • Oversee partner budgets, reporting and invoicing processes with transparency and efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen existing relationships and explore new partnership opportunities.

What will you make successful

  • Several years of experience in performance or online marketing with a background in media buying - ideally within an advertiser, agency, or ad network environment.
  • Strong understanding of media buying channels, including Google Ads, DSPs, native, social, and ad networks.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs such as CPA, eCPA, ARPU, and conversion rate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate insights into performance-driving actions.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, while also being self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in the mobile content industry, gaming, e-commerce, particularly with Google Ads, DSPs, or affiliate marketing, is a strong advantage. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with traffic partners.
  • Strong communicator in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and custom reports.
  • Ability to travel for business trips or conferences when necessary.
